Recent years, non-thermal plasma and medicine applications have been paid attention by scientific community. Professor Jiang leads her multidisciplinary research team to do the research on non-thermal plasma and applications, and made a great progress, published tens of papers in international journals and conferences. In Professor Jiang presentation, she will introduce her research works about this field.
· investigation of antimicrobial effects of cold plasma jets against endodontic biofilms;
· diagnostic studies on atmospheric-pressure non-thermal plasma jets;
· Designed and developed ultrawide-band power measurements to facilitate the application of nanosecond pulsed electric fields for skin cancer therapy;
· a pulsed plasma dental probe for root canal treatment;
· Assisted and validated the electrode designs in application of nanopulse therapy for skin cancer with COMSOL multiphysics modeling.
