Dr Xiao Liu is a full professor at Fudan University. Before joining Fudan, he was an academic in University College London, UK. He is a Technical Committee Member of Biomedical and Life Science Circuits and Systems of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, a Senior Member of IEEE and a Chartered Engineer. He was awarded a UKRI fellowship by the UK Engineering and Physical Science Research Council in 2018, and served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers in 2016-2019.
