Prof. LU Ming

Biography

Prof. Lu received his MS, BS and PhD degrees from Physics Dept of Fudan University in 1986, 1989 and 1992. From 1992-1999, he worked at Materials Science Department of Fudan University, during which time period, he worked at University of Graz in Austria from 1995- 1996 as a postdoc researcher. From 1999-2002, he worked at University of Houston on modulating oxide surface properties by ion beam irradiation. Since August 2002, he has been working at Department of Optical Sci. and Eng of Fudan University. His research fields
include self-organized semiconductor surface structure induced by ion beam irradiation, Si light emitting, and their applications in improving solar cell performance. He has more than 70 scientific publications and holds 3 patents.
