Research Interests

    聚焦激光微纳加工等激光应用技术,利用激光与物质作用中相互关联或耦合的多样化学、物理效应,提出并实现一系列

具有多维度特性的激光微纳加工以及光/电器件化新颖方法,拓展了功能化集成光子/电子先进制造技术。

    研究方向兼顾前沿性和应用性,主要研究兴趣和方向有:

  • 1,激光微纳加工新机制、新方法、新设备

  • 2,用于微(纳)光学器件与系统的激光微纳加工

  • 3,用于激光医学等医工交叉领域的激光微纳加工

  • 4,用于半导体制造和芯片制造的激光微纳加工

  • 5,微纳光子/电子器件辅助的图像化传感检测
