Biography:

  Dr. Ran received her Ph. D degree from Yonsei University, South Korea, in 2009. She joined Electrical and Telecommunication Research Institute (ETRI), South Korea, in 2009, and was in charge of IEEE 802.16m standardization. She was a research associate in Hongkong University of Science and Technologies in 2010. Since 2014, she has been a faculty of Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ajou University, South Korea. Her current research interests include sparse signal processing, massive MIMO and Machine/Deep Learning.
