Academician Wei-Qi Wang was awarded by Wei-zhang Tang, President of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, at 2010 Distinguished Scholar Award Ceremony of HKPU on Oct. 28th, 2010. The Distinguished Chinese Visiting Scholars Scheme of HKPU is to award outstanding mainland scholars and thus develop the close corporation on scientific research between HKPU and mainland universities. 6 academicians from mainland universities have been awarded in this year.
