On June 13, guests from University of California, Berkeley and Marvell Technology Group visited the Zhangjiang Campus. Prof. Ran Liu hosted the visit. Cooperative programs might be run in the near future.

Currently SIST has 5 Departments, of which the Microelectronics Department is located at Zhangjiang Campus.
