Prof. Mikael Östling, Dean of the Information and Communication Technology School of the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden, visited the School of Information Science and Technology(SIST) and was invited to provide a speech entitled "SiC power devices - present the status, applications and future perspective" on March 20, 2012.

The Dean of SIST Prof. Li-Rong Zheng and Dean of Internationalization Prof. Ran Liu attended the reception.
