On the morning of October 31, a delegation from the the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium led by Professor Serge Jaumain, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, visited Fudan University. The welcome meeting was placed at the Foreign Affairs Office. Professor Ran Liu, Dean for Internationalization representing SIST attended the meeting.
