The School of Information science and Technology (SIST) was visited by the Mayor of Valparaiso, Mr. John Costas and the President of Valparaiso University, Professor Chuck Williams on the morning of December 13. A warm welcome followed by a general introduction of the school as well as strategic planning for the future development was provided by Professor Ran Liu, Dean for Internationalization of SIST. With strong interest, the guests also visited the Cleaning Lab located in the Microelectronics Building afterwards with the guidance of Professor Dongping Wu of the Micro-NanoElectronics Science and Technology Innovation Platform.
