Abstract:
This presentation will provide a brief overview of modern power semiconductor device, and discuss specifically about device technologies on power management integrated circuits, including: the varied device structures and design consideration, the pros and cons of their applications in power ICs circuit design, as well as the process integration and manufacturing. The talk will also discuss state-of-the-art of power management ICs, the industry trends, and the challenge.
Biography:
Dr. You Bu-Dong, co-founder of Silergy Corporation ,at the same time acts as CTO and COO.Dr.You has 12 years of experience in simulation and power management semiconductor industry and ever acted as technical director at Volterrra semiconductor company listed on nasdaq in California's silicon valley of America.
Dr.You is a international famous expert in the field of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuit technology, with 14 American invention patent, another 10 more in progress.Dr.You published more than ten articles in the IEEE TED/IEEE EDL and other international top journals and meetings, and used to review for IEEE EDL journals.Dr.You graduated from Zhejiang University.And in 1997 and 2000 he got electrical engineering master's and doctor's degree respectively in Virginia tech university. Now he is currently the candidates of national "one thousand project" .
