International Standardization on Medical Plasma Equipments

Abstract

The instruments using plasma technology are categorized in the electrical equipment for the use in clinical practice. As needs for the standardization on the safety of the electrical equipment has been increased and internationally expanded, we have prepared new working item proposal for “medical plasma equipment” in international electrical committee. In the seminar, activities on international standardization will be presented.
