面向国家在新一代人工智能、公共卫生安全与人民生命健康保障、脑科学与类脑计算及海洋探测等领域的重大战略需求,旨在探索网络科学与复杂系统的基础理论、核心方法与关键技术,构建“感知-认知-决策-控制”一体化的智能系统,形成支撑国家安全与民生服务的下一代核心能力。
针对联合国可持续发展目标中的“良好健康与福祉”与“可持续城市和社区”,我国当前亟需建立完整、统一的智慧网络化系统,以实现从基础平台构建、到基础理论剖析、再到智能预测与决策的一体化覆盖。本团队将着力攻克其中涉及的复杂系统关键基础科学问题与核心工程技术难题,推动系统性创新与实施落地。
聚焦大规模多维数据融合处理、智能网络化系统构建与控制优化,人工智能和类脑基础算法设计,具体解决智能网络化系统的基础难题。
智慧网络与系统团队是一支富有活力的年轻团队,成员均具有海外留学背景,长期从事复杂网络化系统基础理论研究,在中国科学、IEEE TCybern、IEEE TSMC、IEEE TCASI、IEEE TNSE、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TCSS等领域顶刊发表多篇论文。承担了国家级省部级纵向项目10余项;负责经费800余万元。曾获得国家科学技术学术著作出版基金、上海市杨帆计划、上海市计算机学会教学成果三等奖、上海开源创新卓越成果奖特等奖、复旦大学精品课程、复旦大学首批课程思政金例等。指导的学生曾多次获得全国复杂网络大会最佳学生论文奖,上海市/复旦大学优秀毕业生、毕业论文、优秀学生等,并多次在学科竞赛中获奖(前5%)。
